Kristen Spours (married name: Reeds; born 11 April 2000) is an retired English figure skater. She is a two-time British national champion (2025-26), has won 15 senior international medals, and competed at the 2026 Winter Olympics and three World Championships (2016, 2023, 2025). Spours also competed in the final segment at three World Junior Championships (2017, 2018, 2019).
